In today’s economy, many of us are cutting back, believe it or not, it doesn’t matter what the designer name is, they too are feeling the cut of the downturn. They want to make sales without sacrificing the quality of their brand. This new economy has caused them to rethink the way they market these luxury items. You can find great sales on designer shoes, clothes & purses if you know where to look. If you love the quality and look of designer fashion, there is no reason you can't continue to purchase these items. Simply put, there is always a way to find the designer fashions you love at a reasonable purchase price. If you don’t want to sacrifice your designer shoes, purses & clothing in this time of economic downturn, there are ways to get exactly what you want without paying a ton of money for them.

2. Follow your favorite brand on Twitter. Many designers will offer you a special coupon code for savings from anywhere from 10% to 50% off of their merchandise just for becoming a follower. Quite often, these coupons have no expiration date nor do they have any special restrictions. It’s pretty difficult to add restrictions in 140 characters or less.
3. Become a fan on their Facebook page. Not only can you get special savings on Facebook but I have even seen designers give away merchandise to fans who respond first to something they post or to fans who offer relevant & thoughtful comments.

6. Another place to get savings on designer goods is by also signing up for your favorite retail outlets newsletters. While you may not be able to specify your favorite designers, you will know when other designers go on sale to include your favorite designer as well.
