Like many other products by Unilever, Pond's Cream was also acquired by the company from other companies. However, before Unilever acquired Pond's Cream, the product has already been known for its beautifying effects. Some of its most popular brands were the "Pond's Vanishing Cream" and the "Pond's Cold Cream".
In Unilever's management, Pond's Cream have again unveiled a new product known to have competed in the "anti-aging" market. Olay is considered by many as one of the best brand when it comes to beauty products.
